Because we deal in live animals, our policies differ from standard retail. Please read before ordering.

Due to the nature of live animals, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. This is non-negotiable and exists to protect the health of our breeding colony.
Once shrimp leave our facility and enter a new environment, they may be exposed to different water parameters, bacteria, or pathogens. Reintroducing them to our tanks would put our entire stock at risk of contamination or disease.
Please ensure your tank is fully cycled, parameters are stable, and you're ready to receive livestock. If you have any questions about compatibility, water requirements, or tank setup, contact us before buying — we're happy to advise and want to make sure your shrimp thrive.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this no-returns policy.

We take great care with our packaging and live delivery, but occasionally losses can occur during transit. If any shrimp arrive dead, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Your satisfaction and the wellbeing of our shrimp are our top priorities. We stand behind every shipment we send out.
Important: Claims submitted after 1 hour, or without a photo showing the shrimp inside the unopened bag, cannot be accepted. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Everything you need to know before ordering

Red cherry shrimp thrive at 20-26°C (68-78°F). If your room stays within this range year-round, you don't need a heater. Most UK homes benefit from a small heater in winter to maintain stable temps.
Avoid most fish — they'll eat baby shrimp or stress adults. Safe tank mates: otocinclus, small corydoras, or peaceful nano fish like ember tetras or chili rasboras. Shrimp-only tanks are always best for breeding.
pH: 6.5-8.0 | GH: 6-8 | KH: 2-5 | Temperature: 20-26°C. They adapt to most UK tap water. Avoid copper-based medications and ensure your tank is fully cycled (0 ammonia, 0 nitrite) before adding shrimp.
1-2 years in good conditions. They reach breeding age at 3-4 months. A healthy colony will continuously produce new generations, so you'll always have shrimp in the tank.
Yes — all grades are the same species (Neocaridina davidi). Mixing grades will produce mixed-quality offspring. For best colour, keep grades separate or cull lower-quality babies.
